Price Guide - 2008
In order to be as flexible as possible, we prefer to give people a firm quote when they enquire. However, to give you an idea of what to expect, we have listed the following guide prices. Breakfast is 'Continental', but 'Full-English' breakfast can be provided, at a small extra charge, if requested (please give a day's notice as all produce is local and fresh).

Terms & Conditions:
A non-refundable deposit is required when booking - 1 night or 25%, whichever is the greater.
In the event of cancellation the deposit is forfeit. In the event of a 'No Show' or of a client giving less than 7 days notice of cancellation, the full cost of the period booked is payable. However, if we are able to re-let the accommodation the amount from the re-let will be deducted from the cost of the original period booked.
In the event of curtailment of stay after arrival the client will be liable for the full amount of stay less any amount taken on re-letting of the cancelled room(s).
All efforts will be made to re-let cancelled accommodation to minimise the cancellation charges.
